Something I'm proud of

I've been trying to give my kids variety when they eat so I decided to do this project.
^All of the food options she can eat for the week start out on one side of the fridge in a basket.
Then each day...
... she gets to pick one of the foods...
... for breakfast, lunch, ...
... and 2 snacks each day...

...and then they end up here on the other side of the fridge. It restarts each week so she gets more variety AND has a say in what she wants to eat. We're not perfect at doing it every week, but I like the idea, and it's one of the many projects I've started and actually finished. :)

That's a good idea. Otherwise your kids will be like mine and have mac and cheese at every meal!

Or PBJ's for every meal! Good work! And do you actually have ALL that food in your house? That variety of fruit?? That's what amazes me! I have apples & strawberries right now... Sometimes it's grapes and bananas! You're amazing! You coming out for the 10yr?

Thanks for inspiring and letting me copy your wonderful idea. I love it and my kids do too. Hopefully we'll get more in the routine of doing it. Kids love to have any kind of control possible.

At first I said it would never work, but Sarah loves it and asks me for her choices all the time. Thanks for loving our kids so much to do this babe!!!

What a great idea! I'll have to keep that in mind to use one day.

Wow that must have taken a lot of time and effort to make! I'm totally impressed and I love the idea. Don't know if I have the motivation to do it!

Where did you get all the pictures? Are they laminated?
